The following information is for customers' assistance and should be read in conjunction with the full conditions of Hire relating to the appropriate Hire Contract form, copies of which are available on request.

To book equipment: Please give your full name and contact telephone number. Please state clearly the date on which the equipment is required and the length of the hire. Please give as much notice as possible.

Extension of Hires: Hire contract periods may be extended during the course of hiring by giving appropriate notice of the extension of hire.

Overdue returns: Equipment not returned at the end of the original or extended hire period will be charged at the full daily rate for each day or part thereof that the equipment is overdue.

Failure of Equipment: Any item which fails must be returned to us for examination, otherwise no allowance can be considered.

Deposit: For each complete hire - £50 if paid by cheque or credit card; £100 if paid in cash. On some items an additional deposit will be required. We require a separate payment for the deposit.

Collection of Equipment: Strictly after 2pm on the day of hire unless special arrangements have been made. Please bring positive identification with you e.g. Driving Licence or Passport.

At the time of Collection: Please bring the full hire fee plus appropriate deposit. We accept Access, Mastercard, Visa and Cheques properly supported by a Cheque Card and signed in accordance with Bank regulations.

Return of Equipment: Before 1pm on the day due. On Sundays, equipment can only be returned between 11am and 12noon.

AMATEUR THEATRICAL GROUPS may hire equipment for 9 nights at the 7-night rate. All hires must, however, be confirmed in writing on the group's letterhead.

THE STAGE TWO PRIVILEGE CARD is available for use by Individual Cash'n'Carry Customers. Cardholders pay only £30 deposit per hire, have the benefit of a rapid check-in on busy days and can obtain valuable discounts on hires. Cards are not transferable. Please ask for an Application form. Items marked with + are only available to Privilege Card Holders.
